There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, but I’ll keep you informed so you know what to expect along the way.
6. Closing Day & Getting Your Keys
The day we’ve been working toward is finally here! Once all closing requirements are met, documents are signed, and the transaction is officially recorded, it’s time to get your keys! Whether it’s your first home or your next chapter, celebrating this milestone with you is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
